I have hear one of my Yellow and White Lily outdoor sculptures.
 
This Lily was made using a bad batch of paint. I was not happy with the finish and am not happy to sell this at full price. 
 
The item has still been clear coat lacquered, made from Stainless steel, the item should not change appearance other than natural outdoor weathering.
 
From a distance, its hard to see any defect.
