Delivery and Return information

Shipping cost for all small items (unless specified) is £4.99. Metal items are heavy, but mine are also fragile. Hence the extra effort and costs in packaging. There is Free Shipping on purchases of £90 and over.

I do my best to use environmentally friendly and recycled materials where I can. â€‹â€‹â€‹

I use Royal mail to ship my items. Orders are usually dispatched 2-3 days after order is received if the item is in stock. UK Only, excluding Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, due to recent legislation changes, small mainland UK business are no longer allowed to ship to N Ireland without a very costly licence. Sorry...

Cancellations and Returns

If you decide you no longer want an item you have ordered and wish to cancel please contact me via email to discuss.

There will be a small handling charge deducted from the refund to cover the expenses the website provider charges for the transaction processing.

If the item you have ordered is built to order or bespoke such as Bonsai Trees, there will be other charges and deductions from the total returned. To cover lost time and materials as these items are time/money intensive.
